Our owner Cory Kopel grew up in Burnsville. After graduating from Burnsville High School, he went on to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from The University of Minnesota Duluth. After 4 years of college and loving life in Duluth, he relocated back to Eagan and took a Marketing job. After gaining valuable experience in the business world, he decided to venture out on his own. In 2006 Paradise Property Services was born and 18 years later we continue to serve the lawn and landscaping needs of the South Metro.

When he isn’t working, he loves spending time at home with his family. Cory and his wife Kiersten live in Lakeville with their 3 children; McKinley (8), Clayton (6), Callahan (4). His wife Kiersten is a Social Worker in District 194, and he couldn’t be more proud of the work she does as a student advocate. Family time consists of attending Hosanna Church in Lakeville, spending time outside and attending all the various kid activities!
